What we collect

When you use the free practice mode, we collect nothing. No account, no email, no tracking beyond standard anonymous analytics.

When you join the waitlist or buy a Pro subscription, we collect:

• Your email address
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
• Study progress, if you are signed in

How we use it

We use your email to send you:

• Account confirmations and receipts
• Service updates (new provinces, new question banks)
• Study reminders (opt-out anytime)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use local storage to save your current practice session so you can resume after refreshing. No tracking cookies are set without your consent.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@rigready.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.
