Terms of Service

1. What RigReady is

RigReady is an independent, third-party practice test service for commercial truck licence knowledge exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any provincial licensing authority, including but not limited to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), Service Alberta, ICBC, SAAQ, or Manitoba Public Insurance.

2. No guarantee of exam outcomes

Our practice materials are intended as study aids only. Passing a RigReady practice exam does not guarantee you will pass the actual provincial knowledge test. Test content, format, and passing standards are set by provincial authorities and may change at any time without notice to us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use RigReady for personal study only. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our question content
• Share your account with others (personal subscriptions are single-user)
• Attempt to use RigReady to cheat on an actual licensing exam

4. Refunds and the pass guarantee

If you purchase a Pro subscription, pass our exam simulator at 90% or higher on two separate attempts, and then fail the real provincial knowledge test twice within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund your subscription in full upon receipt of both failed-test receipts from the provincial licensing authority. This guarantee applies to one refund per customer.

5. Limitation of liability

RigReady provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for test fees, lost wages, or any other damages arising from exam outcomes, content accuracy, or service interruptions.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
